Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹999.
• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge of ₹10 will be applicable on all COD orders.
• COD orders may require confirmation via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
• LUVLETTE Curves reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders or orders where the customer is unreachable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. LUVLETTE Curves shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact our customer support team immediately with photographs of the package.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, LUVLETTE Curves shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
